This 200-space public car park, modern and in line with the latest comfort and safety standards, increases the parking capacity available throughout the district for the benefit of residents, their visitors and the customers of the various Panorama companies.
The 200-space public car park is located underground within a complex real estate complex linked to the ZAC du Panorama’s office, hotel residence and residential programs in Clamart.
The project
After acquiring a raw concrete shell, Liquids Awaiting Future Completion (VEFA), Vallée Sud Aménagement carried out the development work to make it a modern, welcoming car park that meets the latest standards of comfort, security and equipment.
The multi-storey car park offers 200 parking spaces, 26 of which have a charging station for electric vehicles, 10 spaces for 2 bikes and have a video surveillance system.
This modern public car park increases the available parking capacity throughout the district for the benefit of residents, their visitors and customers of the various shops in the ZAC DU PANORAMA.
